Three Major Linings for Bags
Different lining shows different grade of bags. Lining can hide some thread ends, glue stains, etc to make the bag clean and beautiful.
There are also many types of linings. Here i would like to introduce three major linings for bags.
Cootton liner:
100% Cotton means that the ingredients are pure cotton, and pure cotton can be roughly divided into three grades: high, medium and low, from combingand combing to process processing. The grade after the cotton yarn comesout is weaving. The market is roughly divided into knitting and woven processing. Jacquard, knitted and woven can be divided into printing and yarn-dyed weaving. After the embryonic fabric comes out, you can do post-processing, such as polishing and scratching, nostalgic
retro, dyeing and hot stamping, and then some special processes.
Simple processes can be superimposed to form complex processes,
so that the product can be fundamentally improved. Cater to
consumer needs and catch up with international trends.
T/C cloth:
35/65 or 20/80, the T/C cloth does not contain cotton at all. It’s Polyester or chemical fiber woven directly according to the T/C cloth format. It is generally used for mid-to-high-end products, such as cosmetic bags, leisure bags, etc. Since it’s polyester, it can be full color printed.
Nylon Liner:
Nylon is a synthetic fiber, and most of the current market purchases polyester as nylon. Therefore, unless specifically specified by the customer, generally speaking, polyester will be used to make nylon. The previous paragraph is no different from the main ingredient, and the meanings described are the same. Because nylon materials are easy to loose yarn, there is some particularity in dyeing and shaping, from jacquard to printing process. In the industry, except for some brands that need to use jacquard printing, normal outer orders are rarely used, and are generally solid colors. Production. Analyzing from the perspective that quality is directly proportional to price, weight and weaving method are added to the ranking from nylon to polyester to measure its price. Currently, the cheaper ones are estimated to be chemical fiber and polyester taffeta. Let’s take polyester taffeta as an example. , if there is a big price difference between 150T and 190T, 190T usually has about 187T and 80 grams, and 135 and 40-50 grams. We can measure its manufacturing cost from the yarn price, which means This is why suppliers often say, you get what you pay for.
Others: In order to improve the product quality, many designers not only focus on the materials of the fabric, but also the lining. There are many other options to replace the traditional lining, such as velvet, Buckskin, PU, imitation suede, suede, Shandong silk, pure PVC, canvas denim, knitted fabric, etc.
Different linings makes different levels of product quality.
